Achievement Subterranean Research problem

Cant complete this my last achievement still 56/57

Subterranean Research
Collect all Collectibles in the Foundation

I am pretty sure i am checked 4-5 times by compare in website to check which is missing but
i already have all in my collectible why it 's not complete.

Copy and save your save files and then start Foundation again. After you will collect 1 collectible from DLC you will get achievement. The method is dangerous in that you can lose your save files. Better turn off Steam Cloud

I've had same problem today. I've just ran for a bit and killed some Hiss after finding last missed collectible, according to lists, then game finally registered achievement on its own. It takes few minutes for game to do so, not sure why,

Thank for Advice now i am complete all Achievement by backup save file and re run foundation again. It seem bug on auto first collectible in first time in foundation

I have the same problem. Most likely due to the freezing of the game while watching the video on TV in the astral dimension.

And how to start the Foundation again if I have already passed it?

Chapter selection Choose (After story end) If i am not wrong Just choose Final mission you can access run foundation again.

In case someone comes across this again found there is another solution. Couldn't work out why Subterranean Research or A Strong Foundation wouldn't come up.
From the lower cavern where you exit from killing Marshall, if you do this again the achievement pops. Don't know why, had to run through 2 extra times and achievements came up one at a time with each run through.

How do I do this? When it comes to doing anything with save game files I'm clueless and everyone just acts like it's common sense so I have no idea how to do it.

Steam cloud sync can be disabled/enabled in properties of game in Steam Library, on the "General" tab.

I hope I don't have to explain how to copy and move files in OS?

Still works in 2022, I have no idea why this is a thing but Subterranean Research chevo popped up while running through the exit.

I had the same issue with a couple of collectibles achievements (Bureau Archivist and Subterranean-Research). All I had to do every time was reset my skills and the achievement popped up.

I tried a lot of the solutions here and none of them were working so I used steam achievement manager to just unlock it. If none of the solutions here work for you just do that instead.

I had the same bug, but all what I did - just killed first enemy I met
