The incompatibility for me seems to specifically be running ray tracing while having MSAA turned to 4X, and much less so at 2X. This wouldn't be too big of an issue, if DLSS didn't force MSAA to 4X. Because the ray tracing reflections and elements create such a nice picture, you're reluctant to giving them up, but running those elements without DLSS makes mid-high hardware run down to 30-40 FPS.
The only solutions I've found is either run with the flicker, turn off DLSS and MSAA and chose how low your FPS dips you want to put up with, or turn off all the RT elements, in which case, DLSS isn't nearly as necessary for good FPS performance, so turning it off would give you control of MSAA again.
But I'd really love a solution to run DLSS and RT harmoniously if possible.
