Extrasensory Lab Mission
If the mission triggered in the Extrasensory Lab in the Research Division not a part of the Ultimate Edition? Is it because Hideo Kojima was involved that we can't run that mission on anything other than a PS4?

Correct. It is exclusive to PS4. Not in UE.
