Fridge Duty Mission Bugged

Minor spoilers for a side mission ahead.


I got to the part after you talk to Langston about Phillip, the fridge guy. I went back up, talked to the fridge guy over the intercom, the door unlocked and I interacted with the fridge. I died during that boss fight and upon loading in again, I got an error saying that the game couldnt fetch my save data and I continued, my progress would be reset. I hit "ok" and tabbed back into the game. Once the loading was done, I found I had no mods, all of the weapon forms, and things were just broken in gerneral. I quit the game. Launched it again and all seemed fine upon loading in. I went back to the fridge guy and had to interact with the intercom again to unlock the door, but this time it didnt work. Jesse stood there and there was silence. Nothing happened after that. I interacted again and the same result. Restart, rinse, repeat. I saw someone on reddit had I similar issue and I think I used their method to fix it, but it still doesnt work. I cant really find anything else like this. Any ideas?

I just found out that my progress got knocked back a little bit. It isnt bugged anymore. Good luck!
