Bug in “My brother’s keeper”, can’t continue game

The twisted passage in Fortified Unit 716 is a dark room with office asset and stairs all over the place, no any other exit or entrance.
Also I am able to walk through the broken wall where the entrance is, and fall all the way down at the bottom of the Panopticon.
I had reported to 505games but haven’t gotten any respond back yet, I really want to help Phillip from continuing staring at the refrigerator, what should I do now?

Standard opening procedure is to verify the game file integrity, then if that fails to restart the mission via the Main Menu options. That's as far as my knowledge goes, sorry.

Since then, I started the game from scratch and finished it.

I have restarted the level. And I got rid from this issue by that.
