quest: another fine mess - mold in loading bay vent - but room kills
I'm supposed to get the mold in a room which I can not enter because it kills me. So I got all but one that I can not find because I´d die if I would stay in that room for more than a few seconds.

Yet I saw vids on yt where people run around in there not taking any damage? Whats that about?

If you haven't already been, in the lowest floor of the Research sector (Central Research area), there's an entrance to a mold-focused threshold called The Pit. Travel there and complete the sample collection mission and (if you're far enough along in the main storyline) you'll be rewarded with immunity to those heavy-mold areas.
