The Foundation Missions not popping up in Mission Select

Trying to restart a Mission due to a bug that is preventing me from getting an automatic Hotline collectable (I believe it is called Out of Options), and I was going to restart End Game, but that does not seem to be appearing for me in mission select. Is this also another bug?

also missing a hotline, End Of The World, am trying to find out where my save file is so i can back that up and go from End Game (no idea why it's not appearing for you in mission select, i assume you have finished the base game?)

any idea where the save file is/what exactly i should be looking for? i've followed a directory path from another thread but it's not there, i think because the game is saved on a different hard drive from the rest of the PC stuff - it might just be inside the steam common folder but i have no idea which file is the right one

edit: just to confirm, you're right that the foundation missions aren't in mission select at all, but as said i don't know why End Game isn't showing for you

Not showing end game mission for me either in mission select, and im missing 2 hotlines and 1 photograph I was supposed near the end of the game.

hotline Trench "Endless grind" and The board " the future" and director faden photograph Is what I didn't receive despite completing game.
