Couldnt find anything related to the HxD Values regarding the Humble/Standard Version
The user "Christsnatcher" just commented on the Control game topic on cs rin ru. Apparently he had already provided the Hex edited executables for the Humble Store version a while ago.
The edited .exes are in the 199 page of the topic, to be more precise, they are inside an attachment in a comment made in Wednesday, 02 Jun 2021, 17:35.
Im having trouble finding that website/comment, could you share it?
However, this still works (DX11). I have now 12 outfits (with the original one from the start included)
This worked for me!
Is this supposed to unlock the ability to do the Yoshimi quest? I went back to the lab and nothing's changed. If this only unlocks the costumes, what unlocks the quest if you are on the Humble Monthly version of the game?
Short and easy answer: you have Humble version which is only base game, for this sidequest you really need seasonpass or Ultimate version.
I do have the season pass, also bought it from Humble when it went on sale.

And that's it.
For the other versions (Steam (Ultimate Edition), Epic, GOG), just follow the instructions from this website:
https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Control#Unlock_PlayStation_4_DLC
The instructions worked for me with the Epic store version. Basically this:
Depending on the preferred DirectX version, open <path-to-game>\Control_DX11.exe or <path-to-game>\Control_DX12.exe in a hex editor (e.g. HxD).
Modify the file:
In the Epic Games Store version of the game,
Search for 40 84 ED 75 07 as hex.
Replace it with 40 84 ED EB 07.
In the Steam or GOG.com version of the game,
Go to offset 145B09 (Ctrl+G in HxD) and change 75 to EB.
Go to offset 145BA8 and change 75 2F to 90 90.
Alternatively, follow the Epic Games Store instructions, search forward for 75 2F as hex and replace the first found instance with 90 90.
Just logged in to say, thank you so much, you are the champ, It worked like a charm.
I only edited the DX12 .exe
offset: 00145BA0
changed 75 2F to 90 90
This unlocked the 3 preorder exclusive outfits without giving me the other accessible outfits that I have not gotten yet.
