You are assuming that most people didn't end up buying it on EGS in the last year, especially since between discount sale + coupon made for an excellent price in the last year. What you think as low numbers on Steam can be just as easily be indication that most people willing to buy for over $30 already bought it from EGS prior to Steam.

Well, from your state of mind the right thing is so far away from your big brain, I don`t think you should really bother with trying.

That's what happens when people with crippling depression get obsessive in doing negative things, exacerbating their mental illness. They forget that games are just games, any hobby is just a hobby, yet they treat it like a life or death fight against their made up injustice.

Life would be so easy for them if they could realize that games are just games. If you like a game, great, best game ever, hype it to your friends, talk with others about how great it is, if it sucks, it's garbage, no questions asked, dismiss any thoughts from friends trying to convince you otherwise and move on to games you do like, the world doesn't care if you like or hate a game and it's easy to find people that enjoy the same games, to spend time with. Going out of your way, zatom and many others, to be offended for nothing and troll without getting paid for it, is pretty damn close to madness in the clinical sense, even if mild.

NIce troll mate, without EGS money it would be hard to make a complete game like this.
Just think of them as an Early Access Store. Who would turn down a sweet deal with a big chunk of money that completely secure your game's sale tbh. I would prefer Epic to continue these kind of timed exclusive deal so developers can bring a good final product to Steam.
