[PS4] Game Breaking Glitch in "My Brother's Keeper" - how to report this to the devs?

I'm playing the game on PS4 and it's one of my favorite games of this generation, much like the amazing Quantum Break before it which I played on Steam.

Yesterday I got to the mission "My Brother's Keeper", entered the motel but decided to do a side quest first so I quit my game, reloaded and went to complete the side quest where you need to escort the medic dude to safety. The follow up to that side quest is "The Enemy Within" which requires levitation so I figured I'd go back to the main quest when I discovered, the main quest had become glitched.

The light switch that is supposed to lead to the motel for "My Brother's Keeper" is now gone, naturally I am not willing to reload the mission from the main menu and lose a ton of progress, I game on a limited time and it infuriates me when video games waste my time like this especially if I'm forced to lose progress due to bugs.

I collected my thoughts after posting a rather angry and chaotic reddit post, again I get easily frustrated with anything that wastes my time in life, be it people or games lol and figured maybe I should try the steam forums.

I was directed to the company's discord channel on another gaming forum and thanks to that now the devs are aware of the bug and one just said they see it and they'll see what can be done about it! I did not expect such a quick response from actual developers, pretty awesome

Sorry to necro this thread, but I too can no longer find the lightswitch on the PC version

You're going to have to restart the chapter.
I dropped the game on PS4 and a couple months later it was on sale on the Epic store so I bought it there and managed to avoid the bug, but it's still there.
Kinda glad I dropped the PS4 version, playing it with ray tracing on PC all maxed out was amazing
