Save game location?
Any kind soul know?

This was the first answer I saw and it cost me a lot of time. No, the save game location for Steam is in <Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\870780\remote\. You can copy over saves from Epic by going to the quoted folder and transferring them to the steam folder, then adding the prefix 'savegame-slot-00_' before each file name and removing the .chunk filetype.

Lol, well that's a valuable lesson for you to look at the timestamp for when this question and answer was posted, in this case over a year ago.

Also, the "Epic user" in the location description should have been a good heads-up what version it was for ;-)

Are you serious? Wow....no words.

I'm the original poster dumbo. And when I asked this question A YEAR AGO there was no steam version, so the first answer was obviously correct.

How is it rude to point out that someone who says they "wasted a lot of time" should have been a bit more attentive to the time the post was made.

I think you lack reading comprehension skills, and that ain't me being a "rude person" thats just a pretty obvious observation I'm making.
