I've had this game in my library for ages but I wasn't prepared for the learning curve. Recently went back in and watched many a YouTube video to help me get started. Now I'm 170 hours in and I'm obsessed. Thank you development team for continuing to support.

Thank you! But release a new DLC! We have been writing here for a long time about how it could be. From the departments of dentistry and the maternity hospital, to the service of a diagnostic specialist, patients of the departments indicated by the player and the transfer of stabilized patients to the usual board from intensive care, after the elimination of a critical symptom.

You'll be okay mate, these devs know what they are doing and patches won't usually cause issues with saves. After all it is to fix issues, not cause more haha.
