Does the game developers have a Discord channel for Project Hospital?
I need help with resetting a map tobthe start of the game without having to re-build it (as I was asked about this subject on the Steam Workshop). Thank you for any help you can provoke.

Hello, the only official Discord channel we are currently using is dedicated to the Silence of the Siren, but maybe we can give you some advice via the Steam forum. What exactly are you trying to achieve? To reset a map to day 1 state?

That’s correct. Resetting a map to day 1 state without having to rebuild it. Keeping just the map but resetting everything else. I was asked about this on the Steam Workshop (if it was possible).

Sorry for the late answer. As far as I know, for the players, there is no simple tool or way to do that. The only way is to edit the save file. But if you send us an unmodded save file to [e-mail], we should be able to reset time, money, unlock, and delete all the patients and employees in our testing environment for you.
