No Patients
Hi all! I love Project Hospital...been working with it for a little while now. Most of what I'm doing is in the sandbox, but the problem I'm about to describe happens elsewhere (such as the challenges). So...I design a new clinic or hospital and then everything registers as normal EXCEPT no patients show up. None at all. It's like a ghost town, with the exception of all the employees running around. And today, when developing a new clinic, I went to add prefabs to emergency and now have to "unlock" needed stations, such as nurses and oncall.

Anyone else having trouble like this?

Hi, for the issue with no patient coming to the hospital I would recommend checking the Insurance companies table, specifically if there is at least one of them selected. If you are starting a new sandbox game there is a possibility to select the option Unlock all departments. I am afraid that for challenges this option isn't available and you have to unlock them via insurance companies' objectives.
