Can't build or add objects in project hospital.

I am unable do anything in build mode or add any objects. It's as if the game is frozen. I have tried reinstalling it. But issue is still there.

I have been having same issue, makes game unplayable!!

Found the issue i think

Please unsubscribe from the "Ear, Nose and Throat Department" mod. It seems to cause the Error.
