Should perhaps add that patients can't be hospitalized at neuro dpt cause it's not finished as I can't hire a USG technician.

USG technician is not mandatory.

Strange, cause. My neurology department doesn't work and it says "missing staff" and the only staff missing is the USG technician.

Could you show me a screenshot please?

You are missing a receptionist, wonder if that is the problem?

Yep, it's a bug ... we'll fix it as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help and sorry for inconvenience.

Hmm. I found something interesting around this bug.
I remembered that I had som issues when I hired doctors for day and night shift at the same time, so I went back and fired all doctors from the department and when I then hired them the slow way by hiring night shift docs at night and waiting til' daytime to hire day shift docs this problem with staff missing disappeared.

I've come to the conclusion that staff management and hiring staff is very fiddly atm.
I should perhaps share my save game and log so you can take a good look at it cause nothing really runs smooth in my hospital.

Just to mention a few things:
-Stretcher stuck to nurse bug
-fired staff still "performing procedure" 24/7
-Surgery treatments are very clonky even with "enough" nurses.
-patients with a diagnose saying "long wait for examinations" and having all examinations possible queued so you have to manually remove all examinations and queue treatments instead which leads to the next thing
-patients saying "long wait for treatment" this refers to the surgery taking long time but I've noticed that if the surgery procedure is queued in first place all other treatments won't be given and this I sometimes think leads to the patient not being in a stable condition so they collapse until death.
-ICU not sending doctors to patients collapsing. This happens occasionally. Despite having what I'd say is enough doctors. And by "enough" I mean 2-3 docs sitting in the on call room idling.
I've noticed this happens more often on "septic shock" and "respiratory failure". Docs aren't even walking over there and giving them treatments.
