Tutorial 3 problem

Hi developers,
First of all, great game. I have tons of fun playing it.
I wanted to let you know that currently on tutorial 3 you can have all the checkmarks be green but the tutorial wont be able to complete.
After buildinga HUD and hiring a surgical doctor it seems that you are ready but the game want's you to also hire another surgical nurse and it is not clear from the instruction.
I have seen many posts on this and even a YouTube video of a guy giving up(!!!) n this tutorial because of this reason.

Surgery is difficult because you need 3 surgeons and 2 nurses with the appropriate skills in order to perform operations.

Well that"s really weird because surgery nurse is already hired there (I'm not able to reproduce it) ... does it happens all the time or is it random?

I hired a surgeon but nothing happens.. Do I drop him in de ward room? Do I drop him at a desk? I tried both..

Try to hire him by clicking on the workstation in oncall room.
