[BUG] No free beds - in a hospital full of free beds

Campaign mode - debt.

My patients requiring hospitalization are unable to be moved to free beds, with the error advising there are no free regular wards or HDU wards - it's happening for both.

At the time of the errors I counted a minimum of 7 free beds in HDU & 9 in regular for the GS Department (which the patients were assigned to). The wards are split across multiple floors. All wards have utilization - so they're not being blocked.

I'm having any number of bugs at the moment - mostly around patients that can't be treated for issues that i've treated any number pf patients for, to issues where treatments are not available even though there's no reason for htem not to (I've posted bugs for both of these)

The hospitalization rooms belong to particular departments and patients will only be sent to a bed in a ward belonging to the department the game wants them to be.

i should clarify - the patients were assigned to GS and the free beds were in GS. I have had similar issues in Ortho, too. Edited main post

This just happened with another patient. First thing - patient collapsed. I took control and switched to ICU support. It came up saying Collapsed patient can't be hospitalized. Required Hospitalization isn't available: ICU Hospitalization

There's two free beds in ICU - and yeah checking the beds by going in to construction mode to see if anyone is assigned to it.

Looks like a bug ... could you report this bug on our forum with the save file please? So we can reproduce and fix it.

Are your beds blue in build mode? I had a huge hassle trying to work out what objects are needed next to the bed - tooltips for blue objects would have been useful. Anyway, until I did finally put all 3 objects by the bed, they looked like they were there but were in fact unusable.

Oh man there's a different forum I should be using? I will use that from now on cheers
