Missing equipment (exam table is not detected)

The exam tables in sonography unit and cardiography unit are not detected, so I can't make the room function. People from some old threads suggested to put ultrasound machine or ECG in front of the exam table or at the arrow signs, but it worked only once. After that it never worked again. Anyone can help?

In the build mode, does the exam table turn blue? If so, then certain items (show as blue in the buy list) need to be placed at certain positions in relation to the exam table (indicated by a bouncing blue arrow) in order for the items to work correctly together and for either item to be recognised. For many rooms the exam tables only need lights to work, but sonography & cardiology rooms require more equipment to be correctly placed.
