What’s next? Need update!
I absolutely LOVE this game and the realism it has.
It’s everything I’ve been looking for (almost).

There are only a couple things that need attention and this game would just be absolutely amazing.

1. Better optimization. A large hospital with a lot of staff struggles every shift change.

2. Bigger map. The footprint of the biggest map is too small. My end goal is the have a large functioning hospital with every single department that can fit a minimum of 50 total beds on each floor in individual rooms. Which brings me to point 3.

3. More floors. Allow us to build higher. I understand you have to limit it due to optimization (which wraps us back around to point 1). At least enough floors to have one floor per every department plus 2 extra for wiggle room.

As I said, I love management games and realism. This game has it, I have built great hospitals but I reach a point where it almost gets frustrating due to being restricted to the hospitals size.

Great that you get PH too. But you own the full game, and barring bug fixes, it's complete (there's a patch due in the new year, IIRC).

There's a good video from the developers showing the history of the game:

I have a hospital build that you might want to try. It's the most realistic looking hospital design I've came across and as a former A-EMT that has worked in the Emergency Department I've devoted wayyy too many hours remodeling this hospital so it's about as real as it gets.

Hospital is fully furnished, just under 400 staff slots available. Each ward houses 24 beds except Urology. (Must have all the DLC's plus a couple workshop mods to function correctly)
Shoot me a friend request if you are interested.
