Automaticly Controlled Patients

I seem to have an issue where every emergency patient is auto controlled upon intake. I cannot find the option to turn it off in settings. How do I turn this setting off?

go to hospital management mode next to build mode then uncheck the icon that says automatically control all patients in this department

That's not what i'm talking about. I am saying that all -intake- of emergency/immobile status patients are being automatically controlled once arriving at the hospital.

Hi, there's a new button under ambulance management that can be used to start automatically taking over all cases delivered by ambulances (although it's off by default).

What I do, in management, when looking at each department, there is a green check mark (is white, turns green when selected), to take control of new patients in the department. I turn it on in all depts. except ICU.
