Chief of Chiefs achievement with DLCs?

I've read about the problem getting this achievement when you have more than the vanilla game installed. Is that fixed by now?

I have the official DLCs, no mods. When I added the Cardiology and Neurology departments, achievement rate went up 20% each. So before I go on to add Traumatology and Infectious deseases, will they also only get me 20% each and get me stuck at 80% completion? Or is there any way to complete that quest without deinstalling the DLCs?

Hello, the achievement is achievable also with the DLCs installed. Actually, I would advise against uninstalling once installed DLC because if the saved map already contains content from DLC the game will be unable to load the missing content and label the save as broken. As far as I know, the only difference with extra departments is in a number of hospitalizations you have to open in order to complete the tasks. So theoretically speaking the achievement will be slightly easier to unlock in the base game.

IMO, the achievement is much easier without DLCs as the hospital is built with room to open two new departments which is exactly what you are required to do.
More departments is a lot of trouble.
