I would also love to see many more departments, like 20+ departments. It would be easy to accomplish this if the developers made the game mod-able more early in release.
Yes, also mission driven campaigns, like start with just a single doctors office and work your way up to a massive hospital. Maternity Wards and of course Stairs. Also historic and TV hospitals to play in, maybe with some famous doctors.
This game is very "lack luster" when it comes to competitors in terms of art, animation, AI, features, etc.
Features:
-When they first launched the game you couldn't even rotate the screen. You still can't paint a room (inside and out) without endlessly rotating the camera.
-Wall objects can't be placed above ground objects. (Like, why?)
Art:
- 2D graphics just aren't popular these days.
Animation:
-There are very minimal animations for staff and patients.
AI:
-This game has no life. Decorations are pointless, patients and staff members are so lifeless. They don't get lost, they talk to themselves in break rooms, they don't think, they don't go outside and sit on benches, they don't do a whole lot. You can tell they're programmed. They go from Point A to point B, back to point A to point b (for more testing) back to point a to point c. There isn't variety.
-Patient AI will leave after a certain amount of time no matter what they're doing. Ex: A patient will leave because they're tired of waiting immediately after being examined because they hit the "time" threshold. Even if they're in the middle of a task.
-Staff members don't get mad, or ever quit.
This game is more of a IDLE/AFK game. It plays itself while you're doing other things.
