Project Hospital II
Hi!
Or what do you think? A lot of time has already passed. The time has come for part 2.

The original developers are not interested. The game did not sell well as hoped. Part of the reason is it's so damn frustrating of a learning curve. Would have been nice to have a real tutorial to go through, something like 2-Point-Hospital did which worked out very well for them.

PH does have a tutorial. It is how I learned the basics.

I would love this! It would be really cool if you could control multiple hospitals, and switch between them in real-time, and transfer patients (like for Kaiser).

I would also love to see many more departments, like 20+ departments. It would be easy to accomplish this if the developers made the game mod-able more early in release.

Great Game I hope for PH 2
Signed the petition. It's a deep shame the devs have gone on to produce something I consider far less appealing. I had really hoped for a PH2.

Yes, also mission driven campaigns, like start with just a single doctors office and work your way up to a massive hospital. Maternity Wards and of course Stairs. Also historic and TV hospitals to play in, maybe with some famous doctors.

In all honesty, I don't think the "learning curve" had much to do with why the game sold so poorly. There are a lot of games out there that are quite successful with a poor tutorial explaining game mechanics, etc.

This game is very "lack luster" when it comes to competitors in terms of art, animation, AI, features, etc.

Features:

-When they first launched the game you couldn't even rotate the screen. You still can't paint a room (inside and out) without endlessly rotating the camera.

-Wall objects can't be placed above ground objects. (Like, why?)

Art:
- 2D graphics just aren't popular these days.

Animation:
-There are very minimal animations for staff and patients.

AI:
-This game has no life. Decorations are pointless, patients and staff members are so lifeless. They don't get lost, they talk to themselves in break rooms, they don't think, they don't go outside and sit on benches, they don't do a whole lot. You can tell they're programmed. They go from Point A to point B, back to point A to point b (for more testing) back to point a to point c. There isn't variety.

-Patient AI will leave after a certain amount of time no matter what they're doing. Ex: A patient will leave because they're tired of waiting immediately after being examined because they hit the "time" threshold. Even if they're in the middle of a task.

-Staff members don't get mad, or ever quit.

This game is more of a IDLE/AFK game. It plays itself while you're doing other things.

25 Euro for the game is optimal. i dont need a big tutorial only a bit of brain. I never heard from the game. so i cant buy it.
