To sell hospital and fresh start on a new plot

I'm feeling the need to start with a new hospital selling the actual one, because I would bring all the earned cash along, of course.

Yes I know, I can demolish everything and start building again, but it takes a lot to get rid of all those walls, it would be easier with a "sell everything at once" option.
