Honestly the things I want to be improved the most are some of the details. E.g. I'm about to fail a "have no untreated patients" challenge rn because one patient is strolling all around the hospital even though I told her to get hospitalized at the HDU. Eventually, she "gets tired of the wait and leaves"...teeth gnasher right there.
Or in the shock room/A&E you wouldn't methodically do one thing after the other on a patient without knowing what happened to them. That's why you have an entire team on standby, to do concurrent assessments of vital stats. And get a proper handover/briefing from the medics.
Having some narrative would actually be helpful, I just realized. That could be an entirely new feature. Would also reduce the frustrating instances of someone coming in with "pain" and taking a day and a half to diagnose. You know, stuff like patients telling you "Doctor, I've been having these awful recurring tummy aches for the past three days even though I haven't eaten anything unusual. My wife told me to come in when I was vomiting for two hours straight this morning."
I think that they would improve it and increase the lifespan of it and eventually making a sequel. Like the Prison Architect example were they expanded an already great game (I've been having it since alpha stages)
Btw something that could be improved in PH is that now you need to change the walls "pattern" on every side of the room moving the camera, while I would be happier if there was a way like in the sims where pressing shift it is applied on all sides of the room
If you guys really want to, we can discuss this using discord (you can add and dm me, my username is hid00) or we can create groups here on steam.
