Built Hospitals

Are there any fully staffed hospitals with all departments, including pharmacy, cafeteria, and visiting?

i'm looking for one that has everything from all packs and also fully staffed because i'm a terrible builder

Maybe they just want to play the medical side of the game? Selecting tests and diagnosis without having to worry about anything else.

In any case, take a look at the Workshop (up in this same page, between "Videos" and "News"), and you will find all kinds of hospitals that you can download directly, some fully staffed too.
