Thanks for the reply though!
Edit: The Devs are still active indeed. They help out when someone reports bugs or issues and give nice hints every now and then. I am looking forward to their next project which apparently is a turn based space strategy game.
I am so glad someone finally makes a turn-based strategy game set in space! That is such an original concept that has not really been explored ever since microcomputers became prevalent in homes. Everybody is making non-stupid hospital simulators so that market is saturated. /s
I think you mean feature complete.
What do you mean by abandoned? It is complete, fully released and has some DLCs. Not every game needs updates every month or DLCs every year nor a successor. You are to used to franchises of EA and Ubisoft, releasing the same ♥♥♥♥ every year.
If you want a deep and kind of serious simulation of a hospital, buy the game, try to master it and accept some weaknesses - it does not fit into all health care systems of course.
