Cleaning shared operation room?

How do I assign someone to clean the operation rooms? Currently they only clean it if they are done with their assigned departments but it would be nice to assign someone to this room. Is there any way to do this?

Make sure you have a cleaning room assigned to the same department as your OR. Go into staff mode, and the cleaning room and the OR should both be brightly colored. And make sure the cleaning room is close to the OR. If the rooms of a given department are spread out all over your hospital, your cleaning staff will have trouble getting to all of them.

Oh thank you so much. I was sure that I checked that and was about to write that they don't belong to any department but after your comment I decided to recheck each department and found out that the OR belonged to one I am not using at all but somehow I used it to paint the OR..... I feel so stupid rn. Thanks a lot!

Also, add a head janitor's office from the admin menu, too. That will also help a lot.
