Beep sounds? And how to prioritize a patient?

I can’t figure out what the two beep sound is… what does it mean?!
Also, how do you move a patient to the top of the list to attend to?

Re: two beeps: Not 100% certain, but you may be describing the "whoop-whoop" sound that an ambulance makes when it leaves to pick up a patient? It's a kind of warning that a patient will be arriving by ambulance soon.

Re: prioritizing patients: For surgery, you can fiddle with the patient ordering for a given department by pressing the next-to-rightmost button on the management screen (and I think that same button is in at least one other place, too, but I forget where).

Otherwise, you can't strictly order patients, but you can press the blue cross near the top of a patient's infoscreen to make them the same priority as critical patients. Very useful when someone gets tired of waiting and is about to leave.
