When you look at the patient, does it say that they're waiting for transfer to treatment, waiting for an available room, idle, or does it say something else? When you look at your nurses and doctors, does it say that they are reserved for the treatment, transporting the patient, idle, or does it say something else?
It may also be worth looking at your staff numbers and your room composition. Are there enough nurses in the nurse's station assigned to patient transfers or are they preoccupied with patient care or with other transfers?
Are there enough doctors in the on-call room assigned to diagnostics or are they all preoccupied with other treatments or examinations?
Does the Special Procedures unit have all necessary equipment? Is the room drawn correctly and are patients able to enter the room? Are there enough stretchers?
Do you still need help with the internal medicine department?
Sure, if you have the time. Thanks! Although I no longer have the save, as i decided to start over, try to see if the problem was born of my mistake.
Sorry that I couldn't help you out in time. If the issue persists in the new save or if there's anything I can do to help, please let me know and I'll try my best!
