On-Call system
I don't know if this is planned in the "big update" but an idea I thought of is that instead having doctors just as clinical working in there own room but use on-call rooms to staff all of a department instead of hiring for individual rooms. Thoughts?

Sorry if this has been raised or is already planned just something would like to have in the game.

Hi, sorry but no, docs in clinic will be assigned to their offices same like they are now ... but we'll add a night clinic and some other smaller features for clinic docs.

What would be the difference to do that?

Brilliant idea. Make the on-call room fill in for missing staff at the clinics (and emergency).
Even if you had to put in an on-call placeholder manually in the room. +1 for this.
I'd like to see a technicians room too, so all techs could move around in their departments, would be very useful for radiology (I mean, they can all use all the equipment).
I think this would add to realism.

That is too bad. It is a pretty interesting game and it seems to still have a lot of players playing it.

Funny thing is I thought it was pretty generic when first playing the missions, but man the sandbox mode is a lot of fun. I don't usually play games for sandbox mode, but this one is meant for sandbox. And if you get into modding your own game files, which are actually pretty easy to do, the game can get even better. Gets pretty difficult handling 400 patients daily, I don't think I could do more than that with hospitalization. Just run out of room for beds.
