stupid doctors ?

can someone please tell me why my so called doctors in emergency clinic department take hours to actually see a patient it is not like there card is empty of patients they have up to 10 patients but have obseved one only seeing 1 patient throughout the hole day he has no flaws he not slow and not lazy no gamer and a 4 star doctor i have noticed it now last few days am i missing something

Anything wrong with the settings of the doctor? Is he maybe set to only do a specific type of work? Or is there anything wrong with his workplace or the department?

no to all i use prefabs he set to as a clinic doc with diognosis so he cant do out of clinic stuff anyways i just put coridors as waiting room seems to be going alot better now its just strange that they have patients but it is also patients refuse to go ferther to see one chosing the closest hense docs have patients but are not seeing them coz of patient refusal to bloody walk grrrr devs also needs to do something about profits i got one department that dont want to make profit at all i barely get 100 pound a day i am losing more than what covers my wages and its always internal med department here goes 500,000 in debt in about 1 second im not making near enough i rely on amergency to give profits and cardiology as there the main one right now making profit even with that i get jack all i better not having hospitalization at all at least i make money without it

It seems like the pathing works by going to what ever the closest object is in a straight line. The game doesn't take into consideration walls. So if a doctor needs the toilet which ever one is closest in a straight line is where they go.

I keep my waiting rooms in the middle of a corridor with doctor offices on the sides with the STAT lab and Radiology next to them so people take the fewest amount of steps to get examined.

To make money just open clinics, skip hospitalization for now and you should be rolling in it.

I don't think labs produce profits as they aren't the end chain the doctors are.

your coment is insulting if i may say there are reasons i do not use PUNCHUATION MARKS im autistic with learning difficulties i might add before you coment on posts you clearly do not understand or cant coz there are no punchuation marks maybe think first there may be reasons end off debate if you cant read something simple do not coment its frustrating as it is for me to make clear what i mean when you have so many things going on in your head that you cant express apolagies to the dev team for my rant but had to be said
