If nothing changes about your staffing and rooms then there’s no reason for patients to completely stop coming.
First step is to make sure the game still thinks your Clinic is actually open, so go into Management mode, select Emergency, and then look at the requirements on the left side of the screen. Are you seeing all green check marks or is there perhaps something missing now that wasn't missing before?
Second step is to confirm the insurance companies are still sending you patients. It's very unlikely but still possible that you clicked on a button in the Insurance Company window that caused selected insurance companies to stop sending you patients. It's a long shot but worth a look.
