How hire surgeon???

I need open General Surgery, i have all employees excpet the surgeon!

4 or five star doctors can have the operational surgery specialists trait who can be a surgeon same with nurses

Well, several doctors with operational surgery trait, but still no surgeon hired...
Could anybody help me, what's wrong, here??

Thanks, but even that didn't help...

I finally hat to activate the role "Surgery/trauma" of one doctor in on-call-room manually to make it work... :-S

But now tutorial got stuck...

I had trouble with this too. I think you need 2 surgeons--one for night and one for day?

mandatory is only for the day ... but you also need anesthesiologist and one doc assistant ...

They need operative surgery AND general surgery.
