"Open clinic at any specialized department"

I'm stuck building my own hospital in sandbox. One of the insurance companies wants me to open a clinic in a specialty clinic. But I don't know how. How?

If I remember correctly, the ability to create specialized clinics is locked behind one of the first objectives, probably something like "treat x patients in emergency department in a day" or so.

Once that is done, you will be able to designate specialized clinics, just like you did with the emergency clinics. Just select the department you wish to start building up by pressing its button in the lower left, designate a clinic, and make sure you build all the necessary equipment.

It wants further expansion.

Open a General Surgery Department, Internal Medicine Department, Orthopaedy, Cardiology, or Neurology clinic.

If you have DLCs, I believe opening an Infectious Disease or Traumatology department will count as well. Administrative department won't count.

I had objectives "completed" confirmations and rewards come in all at once after completing one (maybe was missing one little thing instrument-tool or room) could have been Radiology (x-ray) or Lab (hematology).
I can't really tell. it happened in a building-frenzy I was in, to solve diagnosis issues.
p.s: I think it was treating a specialized departement patient.
and it had no Ortho departement too that's why I had to used other rooms-tools.

you just have to choose one of the remaining department after opening Emergency, Radiology and Med Lab. Create one, and you're done. In my case, I open a Cardiology, and the case's closed.
