So HDU not working?

Im not sure what I am doing wrong, playing tutorial three and I am placing the HDU, fitting it out with the beds and all the required equipment yet it still says I have not built one?

I just finished that play through to help someone else. Make sure your HDU isn't still "grey". If it's showing grey and not green, then something is still missing. Maybe something wasn't placed in the right spot. The beds can be a little finicky with item placements. You want your bed, bedside table, bedside socket, Life monitor, defibrillator, crp scan, disinfect, and equipment cabinet for sure.

What is meant by HDU? Is this the room for the emergency ward next to TC?

@siwe7 The HDU Is the High Dependency Unit, Which comes between the Regular Ward and Trauma Centre. It is available on all base game specialised department excluding the ICU, And it is also found in the Traumatology department if i'm right, Certain operations (notably surgery) require HDU Hospitalisation.
