Moreover, speed is determined by the qualification of the technicians themselves. A high level in both skills speeds things up considerably.
You have to make a distinction between 'room' (four walls with a door and content) and 'zone' (the area that has a function ... like X-ray). You can build rooms that contain multiple zones (for example: one room with a cardio unit on one side and a sonography unit on the other side) or you can create on big zone and build multiple rooms in it (example: a big normal ward zone that contains serveral patient rooms and ensuite bathrooms).
But every unit needs a dedicated work station + technician. One technician per X-ray machine.
