Quick Snap Care
Hello guys,

After taking a break from project hospital I started a new game and working my way through all the insurance objectives. I remember there was an easy way to complete the first objective of "Quick Snap Care", saving a patient after 2 collapses. Aside from diagnostic departments and an ICU, I Currently only have emergency and orthopedic departments. It seems that all orthopedic patients just die if I let them collaps twice. So how do I do this? Is it easier with another department like internal medicine or general surgery?

Kind regards!

I see where the confusion comes from, but I think you don't need to save the same collapsed patient twice, just two different patients collapsed once will do de trick.

This isn't true. Had multiple patiënts collaps on purpose and save them after. This didn't count towards the objective.

Apparently it isn't! I don't remember ever completing this objective (nor the one that requires three collapses)...

In any case, here is the developer's advice about it, which is the best advice you can get about your ICU:

Hi, the objectives of the last two insurance companies are meant to be pretty challenging, so we're indeed talking about one patient collapsing three times. The number is basically the number of the orange blinking symptoms and this is bound to happen - sometimes naturally with really critical cases or if a patient doesn't get treated fast enough. I think 4 or 5 is the maximum number of collapses we've seen a patient survive.

A recommendation from Roman: doctors with the anesthesiology specialization at ICU can significantly increase the chance the patients will survive a collapse if this is one of the doctors resuscitating the patient.

Basically, make all your ICU doctors anesthesists (we all mostly do that) and... pray a little to your deity of choice.

It wouldn't hurt to open either general surgery or cardiology, as these departments will give more collapses than ortho. General surgery should be fine, cardiology is quite a bit more challenging.

You'll need X-ray and CT is you decide to open general surgery, and CT and angiography for cardio.
