Reception needed for every department

Hello, I'd like to ask, if I need a reception for every department. Right now I have two departments and it pushes me to have 2 receptions. As long as I remember, I had always one reception, which accepted all patients. I don't know if they changed in it patch. Thank you!

having just one reception will fill up your emerg dept, if u have them for every dept and the patients know whats wrong, they will go to that dept
