cant remove the parking lot?

Can't I delete or move the parking lot?
i mean, first one. this is ruining all my floor plan

You can replace it with grass, thats how to remove it. I believe its just a small bug in the game where it doesnt replace it.

It work to new ones, but not to existing ones.

The parking lot is a defined area that you can place anywhere. You will always replace the current one, when you set a new one. BUT the tiles of the old one will not change so it looks like nothing happend with the old lot. However you can then place anything right over that old area including foundations. It's pretty confusing.

Btw unless you got unlimited funds, just place the new lot where you want it and simply build over the old one. Chaning it to grass will cost money, but placing the new parking area is free.

Just place a new parking lot. The new parking lot will be the actual parking lot. The tiles of the old parking lot will remain but can be replaced by anything you want.
