If this was related to James' ENT mod, then I've been working with James over the past few days and we've pretty much solved all of the issues now.
The mouse is now responsive again in our test version, but we just have one more change to make and then test regarding one of the prefabs and then everything should be good. (hopefully!)
I will keep you all posted, but if the next tests all work fine and James is happy with it then he may well update the version currently on the workshop for this new version that we're testing now. That should fix any errors anyone's been having with regards to that mod.
Watch this space.
I have also tested the prefab issue for him separately on my machine and my saves/new game and confirmed that it all seems to work OK on my end too.
If he's sure that everything is fine and there are no other outstanding issues then I expect he will release this revised version on to the workshop shortly.
