Project Hospital Configuration Window
In the Project Hospital Configuration window there is a radio button for Graphics Quality. The text of the second option is not legible because it gets cut off by the the frame of the section it's inside of. The first option is "Good" and the second one says "Good with V-S" and gets cut off from there. What is the second option?

Hi, it's "with V-Sync", this option limits the framerate to your screen's refresh rate to prevent screen tearing.
Btw what platform is this on, a Mac? On our side we see enough space in the configuration window to see the whole text.

Thank you. Yes, I'm running the Mac version of the game.

If I still have your ear, could you explain the difference between running the game in "OpenGL 4.2 mode (nVidia fix)" vs. "latest Open GL mode?" Also, is there any way to make that choice permanently so I don't have to choose every time I launch the game?

Hi, there's a bug somewhere between the NVIDIA drivers and the Mac and Linux versions of the Unity game engine we use, causing graphical artifacts especially in the main menu, a random black pattern usually showing around the bottom edge of the screen.

Macs with Intel graphics aren't affected, so it's possible to use the latest version of the graphics runtime. Unfortunately when Steam launches the game, we don't have access to the hardware info, so we need to keep the dialog with the choices.

I've got a Mac with an AMD Radeon R9 M395X. What option should I use?
