Patients needs and how to get more patients?
Hello. I have a five star 100% prestige hospital right now, but still struggling to figure out the solution for some of the following problems:

1. Most of my patients (specially in the ICU unit) complain of boredom and critical need. Some of having a difficult night. I have posters and radios in the ICU and I take care of every symptom that's causing discomfort so I have no clue.

2. I'm trying to complete an insurance goal of treating 100 patients per day, but even with 100% prestige and 5 stars in each department every day I can't get to that number... Events are locked, new insurance companies are locked even if I get rid of one of the three I have. Opening new departments did nothing on the number of patients. It just spread out the same 88 between departments. It's getting really annoying.

3. I recently learned that doctors with the anesthesia specialty increase the likelihood of a collapsing patient to survive in the hands of this doctor so I made my trauma and ICU doctors have this specialty. However, they're not developing it since they'e not working in surgeries. Is it still worthy still? Should I change it to diagnosis specialist instead?

4. I gave my doctors and nurses in hospitalization section each a specific role as they were getting easily overwhelmed with more than one job. And soon I noticed a doctor with a diagnosis role taking 20 patients for himself while another one with the same role taking only 2 to 4. Why? Same thing with nurses, I've noticed one of them taking care of most patients while other ones get more idle.

5. Some of my patients are getting the "special treatment" mood. I know (probably) it's a nurse giving it to them but I can't figure out which trait is doing that?

Some of the names of rooms/traits might not be the same as in the game as English is not the language my game is in, so I tried to translate to something close to what might be. If you could really help me, guys, I'll be really glad. It's been days I've been playing this hospital and no matter how well I do I'm still stuck in that mission. =/
