Palette mod(w.i.p)

Hi all.
I've discovered this game,and i loved it! Ithink is one of best hospital simulator.
So i've have all departements mod and dlc,but i think palette color for game tile are little bit low(i don't mean why developer limit color).
So i started to check a way to adding custom color,and atm only way is modify dll to add more colors. After some try, i managed to add more colors like this pic:

So as you seen, new palette i made is out of container,but actually fully usable.
Actually work for walls. Im managing add it to all other section,if is possible.
TODO:
-add to floors
-add to object
-add to doors
-add to decals
-vison beautify

Feel free to give me suggestion to improve work.

After some try, i have managed to add new menu box for color choshing,to make non destruptive UI made from developer.

In that way, i've added a button to call custum palette. thath button is show only when you are in construction mode,also is expandable, to limit noise when placing object.
All color button are generate automatically in according of your custom palette xml file.

Now i'm implementic new way to set color,stay tuned.

Hi @devilkkw, looking amazing! Really good to see the community start to take up code modding. You should be able to build this mod and upload it using Harmony. The developers did have a small tutorial online that goes over this. Let us know if you need any help!

That is fantastic !!!
Suggestion : try to make some "realistic colors", I mean the green and the night blue are kinda too bright for me regarding the vanilla colors but it's my opinion ;) I saw they add colors for outfits maybe you can use them for walls so they will match perfectly with the style of the game.

thank you. The code are little bit complex to modify,the developor ui design is old school coding,the gui are fixed size,so hard work to recode them in a scalable gui,but i'll try.

Thank you, the color i've propouse are only for example,color are loaded from xml file so you can make your own palette color by modify thath xml file in easy way. And add or remove color you need, actually i'm able to load about 50 color without erros on game. I'll keep working.

would like more options for staff uniforms colors.... I like to keep my nurses in different colors so I can tell what department they are coming from... like to ER to pick up a patient...

For some type of object, game use palette inside a texture of object, so is not possible.
But i'm working on it, actually have little time free so developing is slow.
