i mean we could start demanding the removal of symptoms because in a big hospital we're always needing to diagnose using radiology or labs....
you can't just remove chunks of gameplay xD
hire doctors with the 'rest levels decrease slower' trait or the 'speedy' trait and stuff like that. the spartan trait and gamer trait etc etc.
there's the negative trait never takes free breaks too, but that means you'll just have tired doctors halfway through their shifts.
though one thing i wish, is that doctors filled their needs all at once. like my doctor goes for something to eat, goes back to workplace, THEN goes to the toilet. why???? why not go for something to eat, go to the toilet, THEN go back to workplace??
I will start to base myself according to the traits of each doctor.
And I fully agree with what you said at the end, the doctors can supply as a need all at once
