I know this is weird but there should be a carpet for a type of flooring for waiting rooms,

I've seen plenty clinics with carpet and hospital hallways/ward rooms (not a hospital waiting room mind you). In real life it is useful for acoustics in some wards and helps as a nonslip surface. Most are pretreated and are the types that are easy to maintain/disinfect. Definitely what helps make that hospital smell stronger haha. I'll see what I can do to add some carpets to the game for you.

I want carpets, too. I've been to plenty of hospitals with carpets - especially in surgical waiting rooms for family and friends. Dr's offices (not exam room), common rooms and management offices.
