Elevator is not showing up on the 2nd floor.

Ugh! I have an awesome build for the first level. Added a second floor, and seen that my elevators did not show up. I cannot delete or place a new elevator. Because it says its blocked. Most likely by the previous elevator that isn't showing up. Is there any way to fix this, or delete the second floor add on entirely? I even tried to improvise by placing elevators in a different location and its still not registering on the second floor. Help!

On your second floor, have you build something that can block the elevator ? Share a screenshot it will be easyer.

I did this, since the update it will let you build on the 2nd floor but the doors/elevators don't work figured out I needed to 'add floor' first and the elevator appeared, unfortunately everything I had tried to build on the 2nd floor ended up on the roof lol.

so ultimately what it sounds like is that in order for the elevator to operate correctly on additional floors you have to first select "add a floor?"

I gave up and deleted my original hospital. I took a screen shot and rebuilt it. The second time around I made to sure to save my game before I added a new floor. I did the layout with out adding rooms and when I added a new floor the elevators popped up on the second and third floor.
