Staff Training Room

Hi Guys,

after Release of this new DLC, can anybody explain, how that Staff Training Room is working? I placed it in a large Environment, but no one is using it. I as well can't assign Personal to use it. So how it works?

When you click on your personel (doctor for example) and on their card right above their skills and specializations you will see a little plus icon. Clicking that will send them studying for 8 hours improving their skills and possibly even ridding them of bad skills. Kind of difficult to find by chance.

biggest probem with it is you lose the staff for the day form working

I wouldn't say problem... it only makes sense but unfortunately it can shutdown hospitalization for a department as it removes them from your list of requirements while their studying.

Thanks jlap1747 - didn't realise that option there.

Think it's the right way that you loose them for work and that you can't use their office or work place anymore. For real it would be the same - there is no workmade using my desk when i am on study. So think this is fine.

I also like the fact, that you only can study existing skills and not the XP-Level of a character.

Just put an extra doctor into an on-call room. So you can train one and rotate without hurting clinic traffic.
