But since you need all three labs to assess your patients properly, you should build all of them at the same time. Just build them up over time, workplace by workplace whenever the demand rises. Most of the equipment per lab is shared between the workplaces, so one lab sample refrigerator is enough for 1x workplace as it is for 5x workplaces. Add equipment whenever you feel there is a bottleneck (f.e. when things are slow because your 4 haema-labtecs all want to use the blood analyzer at the same time).
They have fairly expensive equipment, but the staffing is cheap at least.
