IV TPA treatment not available in ICU
Stroke patient crashed and got sent to the ICU, but I can't treat with IV TPA. Can only be done in Office/Diag Unit at Cardio dpt.

Stroke patient should be going to Neurology. And almost all treatments should be available in ICU, and ICU should require almost all equipment in some form or another.

Also can't give eye drops in ICU? (for stroke as well) Something like eye drops should be anywhere.

Hi just tested IV TPA in ICU and everything works ok ... also I see on the screenshot that TPA is available and prescribed, just not executed ... which probably means your staff is too busy, check out your docs on icu or hire some more.

In my case TPA is not available anywhere - not in Neuroligy, not in Cardio (as a descripyion says), not in ICU https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2305882468
I use the mod Bedside examinations, maybe some conflict.

By the way, many treatments don't show proper requirements in description. Like oxygen therapy and Immunoglobulin (IV) shows like it can be made in any room, and don't show required hospitalisation.

I'm thinking it might be a mod issue, I just installed Bedside Exam and their other mod (for DLCs versions) and it seems to have happened to me too.

Yeah, I think I am running bedside exam also. I haven't played in a bit, but you may be right. But then, as you may notice from the majority of the answers here... it's all about realism and how it is in the real world. This is the reason why we have to use a mod like bedside exam in the first place.

Make sure you have the latest Bedside Exam- there are two versions on the Workshop. I was having this problem but since swapping the mods to the latest it seems to have been fixed.
